Clothing Search: I was at H&M a few weeks ago and they had this sweet long-sleeved gray button-down with epaulettes on the shoulders and double breast pockets; none in my size. Sort of punk rock/nondescript uniform-looking. Any ideas where I can find the same thing online? [more inside]

Can anyone identify the pattern on this shirt and tell me what these people are or anything about the pattern. I bought it at a vintage clothing store a little while back and while its one of my favorite shirts and I'd like to know more about it.

ClothingFilter: When dressing casually, I often wear button-down shirts out, rather than tucked in. The problem is that the moment you sit down, the bottom third of the shirt becomes a wrinkled mess, and looks terrible. Assuming I'm not going to remain standing forever, is there a particular brand, type, or material of shirt that avoids this problem?

I have to go on a few job interviews for web producer positions in the UK. I've got a suit, and a collarless black jacket/suit which I quite like and isn't too far off the norm. But I need a good shirt.
What colour shirt should I go for? White? Blue? Lilac? Should it be a "name" shirt eg Boss, Ralph Lauren or will any good quality shirt do?

I want to make my own clothing.
I want to upload a design to a website, and get a shirt/sweater/jacket/whatever.
The two sites I know are cafepress and spreadshirt.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I'd like it to be fairly inexpensive or at least have the quality be equivalent to cost. What other sites are there besides cafepress and spreadshirt? Is it worth it?

I have a bony elbow. I know this because the left sleeve of all my dress shirts reliably get a hole in the same spot after a while, long before the rest of the shirt shows appreciable wear and tear. Is there anything I can do about this? I've thought about the possibility of elbow pads sewn inside the sleeve, but I don't want stitching visible and anything substantial enough to prevent the tear seems impractical.

Does anyone happen to know where I would be able to get a hold of a shirt like this one? I have no idea how I would even search for this sort of thing.
(Googling some of the words on the shirt along with the word 'shirt' or 't-shirt' just gives a bunch of random, very unrelated results.)
