Quality, at-home haircut for the vain

I wear my hair close-cropped, sort of like Erykah's in the picture on the right (I don't actually like to cut close enough to see skin but I like it low.) In order for me to keep it this way, I have to cut it at least weekly ... which is expensive and time-consuming. I'm looking for a place where I can purchase barber-quality clippers either somewhere in the Phoenix area or online. I'm not looking for anything I can buy at Sally's or Target (I've tried clippers at both places and they just aren't are good as the ones my very-skilled barber uses.)

Thanks!

Best bikini clippers?

What's the best electric trimmer for the bikini area? I'm looking for affordable clippers for taming the public area. I don't want to shave it all off, I'm just looking for an easy way to trim the hair. I've seen this but it seems kind of expensive for what looks like a standard clipper with fancy packaging. Is there are less branded type you'd recommend that does the job without the risk of shaving it all off or (gasp) injury?

Crew cut at home?

Need help finding a good set of electric buzzers to give myself a crew cut. I have been cutting my own hair for the past few years to save time/money. I used to have an excellent set of clippers that broke recently (can no longer find it for sale), and have been disappointed with the set I bought to replace it. Now I am using a model from Vidal Sassoon which works OK, but with one major problem. The clippers work great with all the attachments, but if I use it without any attachments (just the clippers themselves), the clippers pull on my hair quite painfully and don't really do a great job of actually cutting my hair. This didn't happen with my old set. I would really like to be able to cut my hair slightly shorter than the smallest attachment would allow.

Have any of you had any luck with any particular brand of clippers? I would prefer not to spend more than $40-50. What specifications should I look for to make sure it will be powerful enough to cut without attachments? My hair is curly if that matters (think Jew-fro). Any way to get them second-hand from a barber?

Finding the best seat in the centre

How do I get the best seat for a single Clippers game at the Staples Centre? Help me get a good deal... Going to be in LA for the night of the Raptors game (12/20). I could buy online now from a place like this or I could just head down there that night and brave the scalpers. All I want is a single (relatively good) ticket. How close do Clippers games get to being sell outs?

Good hair clippers with replaceable blades

Good hair clippers? I've been using clippers to periodically crop my hair to somewhere between 1/4" to 1/2" over the last few years. But I've always bought cheap Conair clippers that I found in Target or the grocery store or something. Is there something better? I'm probably going to do the cropping more frequently as my hair thins. I note that the blades on the clippers get dull periodically. I expect this will happen more frequently with more frequent use. I could just by cheap clippers every year or so (heaven knows that $15 a year is affordable), I just don't feel great about contributing to our junk quota further. What are some good models of clippers, for which I could reasonably expect to be able to buy replacement blades during a decade or two of use? Bonus points for affordability.
