Something maybe a little unusual. My in-laws and much of my wife's family is in town this week for thanksgiving. It has been decreed that there will be some sort of chili cookoff. I honestly don't think I've made chili since I was about 10, and I don't know where to start looking for a good recipe (and I don't have much time to cook-test).<br> <br> I'm an accomplished cook and I have access to plenty of good food stores, etc, and I'm hoping to make something great and a little unusual.
