My husband and I are expecting baby #1 in May. While the baby will be born in a hospital, I would like to have an unmedicated birth. My husband is being very supportive about this decision but is concerned about the amount of pain I will be in without medication. While I realize all births and experiences are different, I would be interested to hear others experiences with natural birth and medicated birth, especially if you've experienced both and which choice were you happier with.
