Is there any chance of finding a doula (in Chicago) that will work with us at 39 weeks? Any recommendations? Thanks!

I've got friends from Bloomington, Indiana driving up to Chicago to visit for a few days. They were going to take the Amtrak out of Indianapolis, but the schedule is extremely inconvenient. I'm thinking they should drive up and try and park near a Metra or CTA station on the south side of Chicago, and take public transportation into the city. Any suggestions on what would be the best station to pick? [more inside]

I need to have an older pair of Soloman inline skates serviced - they need new axles. However - I don't know the model name for this specific pair. The only marking on the skates is Powerarch DR85. Poking around online reveals several sources for axles - but I don't know what size to order. Anyone know what I need to order (specifically?) Or is there a great skate shop in Chicago where I could have these serviced? And - unfortunately - I don't have the old axles. Thanks!

Where can I buy a Zojirushi coffee maker in Chicago? I'd prefer to pick one up in person, as opposed to ordering online. The Zojirushi website is very helpful in pointing me towards a retailer.

I'm looking for a high resolution version of the City of Chicago Seal -- as seen here on the wikipedia page. I need this for a printed flyer I'm designing. Scouring the web hasn't turned up anything larger than 2 or 300 hundred pixels squared.

I'm looking for some non-smoking nightlife options for Chicago. Bars, music venues, clubs, etc - especially interested in somewhere for live music (jazz, rock) & drinks. I realize that the city is supposed to go non-smoking in January, but I'm looking for some options now.
