Furniture Assembly Recommendations in North Side of Chicago?

Miss Spiteful and Pipeworks brewing in Chicago, how can I ship them?

I moved to the Bay Area a year ago and have no complaints about the weather thus far. On the other hand I really miss the Chicago breweries that aren't available in stores out here. I'd love to get my hands on some of their new releases, particularly their stouts and porters. Anyone know if it's legal and possible to ship beer to CA for personal consumption and how to go about it?

Who Made Those Great Little Freebie Maps (Chicago, Brooklyn, etc)

In 2010, coffeeshops and bookstores (etc.) gave away (for free) cool folded local maps on good, thick paper filled with tips for alterno/artisanal lesser-known shops/restaurants/cafes/bars. The drawing, production, and recommendations were all surprisingly good. There were editions for Chicago, Brooklyn, and, likely, elsewhere. I'm trying to figure out who made them, and whether they're still available. Help?
