So I'm interested in finally using my iChat to meet and hang out with folks online, as well as use my iSight for something more than scanning books. Does anybody know of fun ways to meet folks in iChat? Perhaps a community or two?

Does anyone have recommendations as to voice chat software for a forum? We'd ideally like to have a regulated chat room in vbulletin where one person has voice control (for a lesson type environment), but standalone software could work too (except paltalk). Ability to control who can enter the chat is a must.

Is there an IM client that will allow voice chat from behind a firewall? I can change my settings but the person I'm trying to talk to is sitting behind a Linksys router with default firewall settings and is unwilling to let me change them.
