I need advice in establishing a "targeted" charity

When I was getting my Master's degree, my mentors suggested I continue on to a Ph.D. The application fees alone were enough to make me laugh, but a kind person paid those fees for me and I eventually was accepted into a program. I've always wanted to pay this gift forward by helping to pay college-related fees for other aspiring students at my alma mater, and would like to do so in the name of the person who did this for me. I need to sell some photos for a charity event

I need to find a website that would allow me to upload and sell photos that I'll be taking for a charity golf event. I don't need to sell them at a markup or anything, just make them available for sale. It would be nice if those interested in buying the photos didn't have to join the site or create an account, but that isn't mandatory. Do sites like snapfish or flickr allow such ease for guests to purchase prints?

How can I find a place to donate things to that won't resell them?

Where can I donate used clothing, books, etc, where they will actually be used and NOT resold? It is really morally important to me that it be actually used, not sold, where the money is then used in ways I can't control. I work in the nonprofit industry, and know only too well how general donations of money get used. But most people asking for clothing donations for poor or abused people, are only asking for them so they can resell them, not so that actual poor, homeless, or abused people will wear them or read them. Where can I find a place that will take all my donations and ensure that they are used or given to real people?

Opposition to Fundamentalist Education

Philanthropy: Is anyone aware of a non-profit organization that specifically focuses on U.S evangelical or fundamentalist-christian education or extremist Islam education (even better, grade school focused) its mission recognizing that the Christianity or Islam, in its perverted form(s), e.g., creationism, intolerance, senseless violence etc, is logically, from an educated standpoint, harmful to society. E.g., A reputable NP organization in whatever form committed to advocate against fundamentalist schools that teach silliness and harm children, likely an idea tank or direct advocacy program.

Help me with a catchy name for our charity rummage/craft sale

I'm organizing a benefit sale for Spay and Neuter Syracuse (SANS), a low cost non-profit spay neuter clinic. It will be held in donated space in a local mall, for one day. Probably Sept 10, though we are trying to get a later date. We are planning on selling nicer newer rummage sale type stuff - books, gift items, crafts. We need a fun name that will help people understand what it is. I had thought about Flea Market for Cats and Dogs but that isn't quite it. Can you help?
