I've been looking for an old CD my parents used to play when I was little, caled "here come the hits", but it doesn't seem to be anywhere visible. In fact, it seems to have dropped out of existence entirely; I can't even find a tracklisting on the internet so I can gather the songs from other sources.
I know "shout" by tears for fears was one of the songs, and "black cars look better in the shade" and "one night in bangkok" are likely contenders. Can somebody help me find an official tracklist for this album of 80's one-hit-wonders so I can get some closure?

I'm in Waco TX for tonight and tomorrow (Fri 6th October - Sat 7th Oct) visiting family. Anytime I travel I like to visit the local record shops. I'm staying close to Baylor University. Are there any decent cool shops in the area (20 mi radius) for second hand CDs & Records? Books too while I'm at it.

I bought a CD that plays as a CD in my car, but when I put it in my mac it plays as a DVD, because it has some video too. I would like it to read as a CD, so it opens in itunes and I can copy it there. Surely this is possible?

I'm currently listening to track 09. It's good. how do I find out name of the artist? I'm asking a general question here, I have a dozen track 09s. When I pop a CD into iTunes it gets it's info for me online. Is there any way to do that for individual tracks? Since it's digital isn't there a way to do a look up?

My sister-in-law loves Motown and my wife and I would like to get her an anthology of the big hits, hopefully not more than three disks (because we can't spend big bucks this Xmas). Motown reissues being a notoriously tricky subject, can anybody recommend one with good sound and good value?

I'm looking for a specific online store/aggregator (if that's the proper term) through which you can order CDs/records/etc. via many, many vendors. I used this site a lot 5 years ago. They had masses of out-of-print and tiny label stuff. Almost anything you could think of, they had it. The site sported a very old-school ugly-but-charming layout. Loved them. But I've lost my link...please help me find it!

[UK Music Insurance] I always felt that my record collection was too personal/horrible/crap for anyone to bother stealing it, but a friend of mine who lives just round the corner has had most of his collection pilfered so now I'm not so sure. While my collection doesn't include many items that are in themselves valuable, just the number of CD's and records would make them very expensive to replace. Any ideas on what insurance options are available? [more inside]
