My cat is messed up. Help!

We awakened this morning to find that overnight, our 14-year-old cat had vomited many times throughout the house, and had also pooped in the living room and then leaked black/possibly very dark green fluid/diarrhea throughout the house as well. We do have a vet appointment for this afternoon, but the hive is good with cat stuff, so I'm asking here as well. Details about our kitty inside. [more inside]

Why u no bury poop?

Almost a month ago, my BF and I adopted two beautiful shelter kitties. Overall, they're great cats, but we're somewhat befuddled that (at least one of) the cats refuse to bury their poop when using the litter box. Is this something we should be concerned about? Details and pictures within! [more inside]

Cat poop thread!

One of my cats has decided that the litter box is just fine for peeing, but that the area approximately 2 feet away from the box is the BEST PLACE EVER to poop. We've been using enzyme cleaners to get her smell off of it, but it's not seeming to work. Halp, magical pet intarwebs! [more inside]
