I recently moved from California to Colorado, then acquired a new car. Meanwhile, my California registration on the old car expired. I want to sell the old car in Colorado, but it has no current registration and was never registered in this state. How can I take people on test drives? Just risk it? Is signing over the California title sufficient, then it's their job to get the car registered?
Headache city, any advice is much appreciated.

I'm from Texas. I want to sell my car, but have heard that I may be able to sell it for slightly more ($1000-$2000 extra) in another part of the US. Is this something that is actually true? Or would it be more trouble than it's worth? [more inside]

Arranging at transaction with someone 1000 miles away : I'm selling my 1958 Mercedes 2 door coupe, and I have a potential buyer. He's in Chicago. I'm on the East Coast. He suggested 50% down and 50% when he gets the car (he arranges shipping), but I'm uncomfortable with that. Any suggestions ? (More inside)
