I am trying to understand the film, Eastern Promises. How authentic are the portrayals of the vory and ex-pat culture? With some googling I understand that the Russian spoken in the film was done well. But what about the rest? [more inside]

Where can I have a cartoon / caricature drawn of a friend. I saw a site ages ago where you could upload some photos, pay some money via Paypal and have a caricature drawn. I think this would make a super birthday present ... but where was that site?
