After a few years of full-time freelancing, I'm exploring a return to in-house work. Help me choose between two totally different jobs, my brain is going to explode! Even worse, perhans I'm an odd person, but I'm going to feel terrible telling either of these companies "No" and it's stressing me out a lot. I hate disappointing people. Portable careers?

There was a comment the other day in one of the threads about portable careers and I'm very interested in breaking out of the corporate structure and becoming more mobile again.

What are the best resources for making the jump? What are the best career paths to follow to make the move? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
