What to do in Cape Code when its dismal out?

I've been living in Boston for the last 7 years and I still haven't made it down to the Cape! I'm headed down there this weekend with a few friends, staying in West Yarmouth not far from Hyannis. It's going to be quite a rainy weekend. Anyone have any suggestions of what we should do? What's not-to-miss even when the weather is crappy? All suggestions welcome, especially those awesomely random. We're geeky people in our late-20s who enjoy random adventure.

Where can I go salsa dancing on Cape Cod? Are there any places on the upper cape that have regular salsa nights? Any dance studios that offer lessons?

Are there cheap hotels on Cape Cod?

Are there affordable hotels on Cape Cod? We're thinking of getting married in Falmouth, MA, on Cape Cod, but having trouble finding a decent inexpensive hotel for some of our guests to stay at. Does such a thing exist within 20 miles of Falmouth?

The wedding is in July, and we haven't found anything under $175/night.

Traveling to Cape Cod, Bay of Fundy & PEI

We're going to make a road trip in a couple of weeks from upstate NY to Cape Cod, and then up to the Bay of Fundy and Prince Edward Island. Any advice would be welcomed, but we could particularly use some advice about the BOF. We need to know what are the best attractions and towns to visit, the best places to see the tides and other scenic views, and if you have any recommendations for restaurants and places to stay.

We are planning on staying in moderately priced lodgings ($90-$140/night); and we tend to like simple but good food, served in friendly, interesting and moderately priced restaurants.

Where's a good breakfast in the Cape?

Spending the week in Cape Cod with my wife's parents. Need things to do as well as 1 great breakfast/brunch suggestion. My wife, her parents, and myself are spending the week in West Yarmouth in Cape Cod, as her parents are picking up the tab for the house, we want to be prepared with suggestions for things to do, as well as 1 great breakfast/brunch place that we can take them out to as thanks. I already saw this, but as it was a year out of date and focused on broke writers I wanted to see what other suggestions we could get. We all love the beach and will be spending a fair amount of time there (and yes, we realize the water will be cold), also some outdoorsy stuff would be nice, but bear in mind that her mom got a new knee just about a year or so ago, so nothing too out there. Museums are also well received, flea markets less so. Restaurant suggestions besides breakfast places would also be great, we eat most anything.

What's to eat, drink and do in Eastham, Cape Cod? Several of my friends and I are staging a writer's retreat next week by renting a house in Eastham on Cape Cod. I know absolutely nothing about the area. We'll be staying near the corner of Kingsbury and Herring Brook Road, and while we're not big on spending money (see the part where we're writers), we will want to have fun on our breaks. Any suggestions for good eats, cool drinks, etc. welcome. Also, good places to write welcome.

Finding Fun in Falmouth

Anything hip to do on Cape Cod? So I find myself take a very nice break this summer and living in a beach house in Falmouth, MA. I know, poor me. Downtime is great and all, but I don't know anything about this place and was wondering if people knew anything fun to do besides be a beach bum. So far, all I've discovered is the Woods Hole Film Festival and the Cape Cod Baseball League (Craigslist Cape Cod is pretty dead).

"She's a New Yorker, you know. Thinks New Englanders are a species of elves."

I'm going hiking on Cape Cod (around Wellfleet) and am looking for cool places to visit en route to/from Boston. Points for weirdness and local flavor. We'll probably have soaked up all the nature we can, so I'm looking for more culture-oriented destinations. We're interested in everything and we like things gritty more than fancy. My guest is visiting New England for the first time, and it would be cool to find some local/backwater/whatever places that give off a those-wacky-new-englanders! vibe. I've been to the area a few times, but my main memories are of kitschy town centers full of similar-looking candy and tchotchke purveyors. I do like that stuff, but I'm hoping someone will know about some spots that are special.

In particular, I seek a good place where an omnivore looking to experience the local cuisine (i.e., seafood) and his vegetarian host can both feed happily.
