Fire ants!!

Last year we went on a camping trip to PEI and Nova Scotia and we had a great time. This summer we are thinking of going on a similar getaway. The trail has been described as "moderate to difficult." I am not overweight but I am NOT in shape. I do not work out. I am afraid this ordeal might just kill me. I am an indoor girl. Oregon camping spots

Need some suggestions for Oregon camping. I'm located in Eugene. My wife's b-day is coming up and we're due some off-the-beaten track in Nature time. We'll have four days and don't want to drive more than 4 hours or so, so that's a radius of 240 miles in any direction.
