Are there any consumer digital cameras that can stitch photos in-camera creating a horizontal AND vertical panorama at the same time resulting in a relatively square image as the result?

I need to do a lot of quick images of stuff to sell on ebay and other places. I'd like to be able to take a pic and have it immediately available on a PC. I know I can use a memory card reader or USB cable to transfer images. What I would like to have is the image transferred immediately upon shooting to the PC.

Trying to decide on a DSLR. The deciding factor is low-light performance... but I'm not sure how good is "good enough."
Principally, I'm waffling between the Canon 5D and the Canon 5D Mark-II, which seem to vary almost exclusively in their low-light performance. However, since the "Mark I" 5D has a full-frame sensor (and therefore should have much better low-light performance than any smaller sensor out there, based merely on quantum light noise)... is it good enough for flashless inside photography? The price difference is basically 100%, since I can bet a "Mark I" for $1k used.
Personal experiences, please?

I've had a Canon 5D Mark II for about 2.5 years, and I've recently noticed some bad dust particle issues that are on the sensor or mirror, not the lens. Can someone recommend a good camera store in New York City that could do a good professional job of cleaning my sensor (and an idea of how much this will cost)? I've looked into cleaning kits, and I think I would rather have a professional do it. Thanks!

Using various relatively cheap adaptors, zoom lenses and lens-reversal rings (the greatest thing that ever happened to Nikon dSLRs!), I had fun taking lots of pictures of really tiny things with my previous cameras. However, now I have a Sony NEX-5k which, for its wonderful optics, great features and excellent resolution doesn't seem to have anything that I can find to do the same type of work. Can anyone recommend a hack or accessory that will let me take more pics
like those I used to (or even of smaller things!)?

I'm looking for a camera (or video camera w/ still-shot capability) that can do a NIFTY thing my Pencam can do, but with better image quality: I can set up my Pencam in a remote location connected to my PC via a cable, for example focused on some birds at a birdfeeder outside the window, and I can preview on my PC monitor what the Pencam sees & then take a pic with a mouseclick when the timing is right. Any chance?

Camera Noob Filter - I like taking pictures and I find that I like taking them a lot lately. My boyfriend is in a band and I love taking pictures of their shows but I can't get great shots in low - light with my Sony point and shoot.
Any suggestions on a camera that isn't the full-blown DSLR but not point and shoot that will give me great low light shots as well daylight shots?

Saw a commercial this morning about 7AM EST - I think it was on the Today show - it was apparently a camera fixed on a guy's face who was skydiving. I saw in on my HD TV - it was a beautiful, crystal clear, professional looking shot. The guy pulled his parachute, and then they showed this camera, and the tag-line was "Be a professional" or something. What was the name of the camera? Did anyone catch this?

Ok this is may sound like a weird one...
Basically I'm building an outdoor enclosure for a panning/tilting webcam that has IR lighting built into it. It was going to be all sides Lexan, to keep things simply and neat looking.
I learned, midstream of course, that the Lexan/Plexiglass/glass all reflect IR light like crazy so you just see a beautiful ring of IR lights and not what's outside the box when viewing the stream.
I'm told a UV filter might work, embedded in the front of the enclosure. The challenges are:
