Where should I take my Nikon D40 to be cleaned in the Seattle area? There is crap on the inside of the body that has started showing up in pictures as gray marks.

My Nikon D40 died recently. I sent it to Nikon for a repair estimate. I'm looking for any experience anyone has with having Nikon repair a camera -- and weighing that against putting the repair money toward a new camera body. So I was taking a walk this morning with my camera bag. My camera bag decided it wanted to experience it some freedom and slipped off my shoulder. In the process, my Canon 10D had a meeting with the sidewalk. I now have a busted LCD screen; this makes me sad and unable to operate half the camera. Recently somebody broke into my car, took my camera equipment, and dumped it in the bushes. The stuff sat there for nearly two weeks before we found it this morning. Everything's there (or seems to be), but I'm worried: all five lenses are cloudy. They seem to have collected moisture inside.
How can one effectively remove moisture from inside a camera lens? Will time take care of it?

There's a dust bunny under the camera lens on my Palm Zire 71, which has been making my pictures rather annoyingly diffuse. It's out of warranty, so repairs will cost at least as much as I estimate this thing's resale value to be in its current condition. Should I bite the financial bullet and
send it in for servicing, cut my losses and
sell it as damaged goods, or throw caution to the wind, grab my geek toolkit, and
attempt my own repairs?
