I am looking for a phone that has a camera and easily removable data storage and battery. It does not have to be a new phone, so any model from the past few years that has these features would be appropriate. [more inside]

I messed up my travel packing, and I now need to buy a charger for a Canon S95 camera battery in St. Petersburg, Russia. Is there any place where I could get one for a reasonable price? I'm staying downtown.

I've got a four-hour layover at Chicago O'Hare tomorrow afternoon, during which I'd like to buy a charger and spare battery for my Fuji X100. [more inside]

So Energizer or Duracell? Or some other brand? I'm confused. Apparently they are both 5 times more powerful than the other. I'm looking for the best value-for-money AA battery on the market (i.e. battery hours per dollar). I understand it depends to some extent on the device. Let's say two devices - the TV remote control - and a digital camerra. Anyone have a link to the definitive report? [more inside]

A lab I have recently taken over has a box full of obsolete batteries, mostly for various video cameras stretching back at least to the late 80s. I assume these are mostly lead-acid or NiCad. I don't have the cameras anymore. The batteries are intact, but I would like to dispose of them properly or find out if they can be recycled. Any ideas?
