I'm getting a bit more into photography and I'm thinking about picking up some vintage film cameras (still and possibly movie). There is no shortage of inexpensive cameras available on eBay; however, it isn't clear to me what film formats are still available.

Yes, it's true, there are still Luddites out here using 35mm film. The local concern which still develops films charges a queen's ransom to do so. Can anyone recommend a mail-in film developing lab which does good quality work, is reliable and is at least somewhat reasonable as far as price? (Costco in this area has stopped taking film...sigh).
(can't think of any snowflakes to add).

Is there a 35mm film camera that also has an LCD? My mother likes the idea of looking at an LCD instead of using the view finder, but doesn't want to depart from the world of 35mm film!
She just needs a point-and-shoot, nothing fancy (under ~$150).
Does such a hybrid camera exist?

I received
this Holga camera as an early birthday present. It uses 120 size film. Searching past questions on AskMefi suggests that it can be slightly hard to find a place to develop this type of film, and that it can be expensive unless you have your own photo scanner. Should I return it and get a 35 mm version?

I want to start shooting 35mm black and white film after a 20 year absence. I used to get my film processed via the US Mail, but can't remember the vendor.

Pentax K1000, with a jammed shutter release button. I hardly ever use film any more, but have a soft spot for the 35mm format and this camera in particular. It's been jammed for at least ten years. Repair, replace, or junk and move on?
