Most of the time I am sometimes reliable

I work in a call centre and sometimes have to schedule call backs. I'd say that 90% of the time I manage to call customers back when I say I will, but the other 10% of the time I call too late or early or forget completely until I have left the office. How can I work out a system that will make me more reliable? Details inside [more inside]
