I work at a company that uses Outlook and Exchange. I link my iPhone as well as my iMac at home. Everything was working great until lately. I've noticed that many of my events have been somehow converted into meetings. I'm suspecting my recent upgrade to Mavericks to be the culprit here. This brings to mind two important questions. I found a Yahoo Pipe to consolidate multiple Ics feeds from different websites into one Ics-feed (that I can import into Ical). But I can't get it to work. Does anybody have a clue? Here's the template for the pipe. Let's say this is calendar A and Calendar B.
When Mr. Corpse and I were both using iCal I could send him an invitation to an event; if he accepted it it blocked off the time in his calendar. Now that he's switched to Google Calendar this system doesn't work. [more inside]
I have a PHP webpage that lists events happening at a conference by reading from a MySQL database. Is there an easy way to have PHP create downloadable iCal files so people can download individual events to their iphones/Androids etc., without my having to create individual event files, and without setting up a bunch of Google Calendar items to link to? (more detailed explanation inside.) [more inside]

How can I sync an online calendar feed (xml) with either iCal or Google Calendar? I know I can sync iCal and gCalendar easily through several methods. But what I also need to include is my department's events calendar. I can import it as an iCal or Outlook file, but this is only a one-time option. Once the department's calendar is updated I don't receive the new or changed events. And I suspect if I import the (newer) file again, I will get many duplicates. The calendar has an xml feed I could subscribe to, but can't figure out how to translate this into a calendar that automatically syncs or updates. Willing to consider any options that would lead to the online calendar (.ics, .csv, or .xml file) being auto updated to any calendar application. This would make my life so much easier! Thanks!

Is there any way to set up a recurring iCal event that is dependent on a prior event? We have board meetings on the 4th Monday of every month, and staff meetings the following Tuesday morning. This normally wouldn't be difficult to set up in iCal-set up a similar event to fall on the 4th Tuesday- except for the odd months where there are 4 Mondays and 5 Tuesdays and the 4th Tuesday happens BEFORE the 4th Monday! Argh! [more inside]

I need to share a calendar between four people. Trouble is, two of them are on Macs (using iCal) and two of them are using Outlook on PCs. I know there are systems like OfficeCalendar that do away with needing an Exchange server, and GroupCal that allows a Mac to connect to an Exchange server. But is there a way to get all these platforms working in tandem? Bonus points if there is a web-based version of the calendar too.

I'm looking for a hosted calendar solution, web based, that will support Palm syncing as well as iCal compatibility, maybe through an export type or something. Does anyone use something similar, free or otherwise? So, a web based calendar that I can host that allows syncing to palms and iCal date crossing sharing export match sync.
I have an Excel document listing dates times and other information. I'd like to import this "calendar" to iCal but cannot figure out to get the information imported properly. Anyone have an idea on how to import a bunch of events listed in an Excel document to iCal? [More Inside] [more inside]
I want to sync my Palm Tungsten C with Mozilla Calendar (running on Windows XP). I know there's no conduit for Mozilla Calendar, but since it stores stuff in ical format I figure there must be *some* way to do this. Any ideas? Alternately, can anyone recommend a good Windows PIM that can sync with my Palm AND publish an ical?
