Is there a way to solicit responses to weekly queries in a way that would allow a tabulation of the responses without allowing anyone else to see another individual's answers? Difficulty level -- working for the federal government so have to do this within sharepoint and/or using excel spreadsheet. [more inside]
A fellow aspiring entrepreneur and friend of mine is in desperate need of help. Time is of the essence! Here's the story: Two years ago he created his own business that sells custom hand-made clothes and products. He owns a website and is on all of the normal social media. One of his most effective tools to connect with customers is through instagram. He's worked hard over the years to develop a fan base of over 27K followers. Mysteriously, last night this account was hacked. They changed the password, hacked the business email, and have taken control of the brand. This account is the business' main source of revenue and advertisement. Although he's trademarked the company and taken all the normal preventative measures, the admin. at instagram claims there's nothing they can do to help. Assuming this is true, what are his available options? Essentially, my friend's ship just got hijacked by some evil bastards and he's going to need a seal team to get it back. [more inside]

How in the world can I successfully promote / market my business with little to no advertising budget? (which will, of course, change, when we get more customers). Especially since I am NOT a marketing expert in any way, shape, or form? (description of the business and more details inside) [more inside]

I'm sure this question will not make me the most popular student at the dance, but is there a way to identify (via IP) machines running BitTorrent clients within an internal network (ie. work)? My company has around 50 employees, and the old, "Please don't torrent at work" doesn't seem to be doing much good anymore. It brings our email and web browsing to a near standstill, and dropping by the "usual suspects" is not only tiresome, but doesn't seem to find all the sources of traffic any longer. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
I have an idea for a web-based business and not only need a web page but a program to keep track of units/credits, no money involved. It would involve marketing/advertising which I have experience in but no experience in computer programming. Where do I go from here?

I'm starting a small PC repair business to make some extra money, and I'm looking for suggestions for a clever (but not too cutesy) descriptive business name. I'll primarily be doing in-home (or drop-off) hardware and software troubleshooting, but no major hardware modifications. Come to think of it, would that even qualify as computer "repair" since I won't be tinkering with the computer's physical components? Looking forward to your suggestions.
I am trying to internationally insure my Camera and Computer equipment but I keep getting turned down because I tell the insurance person that it' for business. What do I do? [more inside]
I need advice about taking my side business to the next level. [more inside]
For a friend, "I run a small computer consulting business on the side in my spare time. I have a bit over two dozen clients and do regular work for a handful of them. My question is, does it make sense to go thru the process of creating a business? What advantages or disadvantages would this give me? How much would it cost? Any other uggestions/ideas/comments/etc.. would be great! Thanks!"
