What is causing this? Sometimes I get a strange burning feeling (for lack of a better expression; it's kind of an acid burn sort of sensation) on the roof of my mouth sometimes when I put the first bite of the day in my mouth. It especially seems strong with bread, but has also happened with orange juice, milk and other things that seem to have no relation to each other. It subsides after about 15 minutes. Does anyone know what this is, or have had similar experiences? [more inside]

From research, it looks like I need 1. I'm in Brazil and I need produce 3,000 copies of a educational DVD to be distributed/sold at an exhibition in New York. We would provide the master DVD and cover art and we need the 3,000 copies burned, packaged and delivered to a New York address by the beginning of April 2008. I'm archiving important data to a DVD-R. In addition to the important data, I'm burning recovery files (QuickPAR PARity files) to the DVD-R so that I can recover the data in case sections of the DVD-R surface are damaged. It would be smart to have my burning software (Nero) "interlace" the recovery files and the archival data across the surface of the DVD-R: (data file, PAR file, data, PAR, data, PAR, ...). When burning a CD from an iTunes playlist (purchased or not), only 2 or 3 songs burn and then the process is terminated with "unknown error 4450". I have tried reinstalling iTunes, apple help, have checked all the preferences, have had no issues in the past, etc., etc. Any advice is appreciated.
