I used to get ingrown hairs in my pubic area that often became infected. I was able to remove the hairs, but the areas over-healed and left two noticeable and unsightly keloids. In general, my pubic area, when the hair is removed, has small bumps all over, sort of like raw chicken skin. Is there a way to get these bumps and the keloids removed? Do I need to talk to a dermatologist or a gynecologist?

Our dog has a couple of raised, crusty bumps on the inside of one of his ears, near the tip. On the other ear, he has a patch of dry, crusty skin on the inside of his ear maybe a centimeter or so long.
They don't seem to be bother him, but they're certainly not normal and haven't always been there. We went to the vet who ran some tests and gave us a topical antibiotic and steroid, which didn't make a difference. I'd like to have some idea of what they are and ideally, how we can help resolve them.

I work with a person that routinely has bubble shaped rounded bumps on the underside of their fore arms. The bumps are approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter and ~ 1/2 inch high. The person generally has two bumps on each fore arm. Some days, there are no bumps. They don't seem to bother this person in any way. I have not asked them about this condition. The person has not mentioned anything about it and I don't want to embarrass the person by inquiring. I do know that this person has a child that is diabetic.
I'm curious as to what type of medical condition, medication or injections that might generate this type of symptom.
I could not find anything like it on Google searches...

I have lots of little bumps of varying sizes on the inside of my lips. Maybe "lips" isn't the 100% correct term -- but they're scattered throughout the area between my lips (where lipstick goes) and my gums. Both top and bottom of my mouth. What are they?
