Wag more bark less baffles me.

Where did the "Wag More, Bark Less" bumper sticker meme start? My own sightings of them have gone from extremely rare to many cars seen in every single trip I take. Is it a dog owner/pet store promotional item? Is it a political thing? Something on Oprah I missed?

What Adobe package to use for simple designs?

I've used Adobe products in the past and have been fairly impressed. Now I want to buy an Adobe package to design and generate JPG and EPS files of my relatively simple t-shirt, bumper sticker, and button ideas for emailing to a printing shop. Will want to do some two-color designs, but no screens, complex color manipulations or any of that other fancy stuff. Graphics will be simple, solid, "silouhette-like."

I am a graphic design newbie.

Would PhotoShop Elements be sufficient?

Anyone able to translate these two Russian-language bumper stickers?

CyrillicFilter: While parked on a side street eating my lunch in between meetings, I spotted these bumper stickers, in what I presume to be Russian. Translations, anyone?

Origin of the phrase "parts is parts"

"Parts is parts". Have you ever heard this phrase? I acquired a few bumper stickers from a thrift store on the Oregon coast with said phrase on it- I thought it was funny. It was packed in with stickers making fun of Reagan, Qaddafi, Khomeni, and so forth. It's got to be from something, doesn't it? Do you know what? I did search on Google, and although it comes up with a bunch of matches, none seem to tell me where the hell it comes from. Sigh.

removing bumper stickers

How difficult is it to get bumper stickers off cars? Are there any tricks? Do the stickers get more difficult to remove the longer they stay on?

I just bought a new car and am considering putting a low-key sticker on for a cause I support. However, I've never put a bumper sticker on a car before, nor have I had to remove one, so my decision on whether or not to do it will depend on how difficult it might be to remove it later.

What does this bumper sticker mean?

Trying to figure out this bumper sticker I've been seeing around here (Buffalo, NY). Almost square, sporting a thick yellow equals sign (?) on a royal blue background. (MI)

Help, can you identify these three symbols?

I am trying to identify three different symbols, two of which were bumper stickers and one is a popular tattoo...[mi] The first symbol, a bumper sticker, is a black circle with a white border, and within the border is a white "W", and underneath that, a white, five-point star.

Second symbol, a bumper sticker, is a cartoonish-looking tiger head with the French "le tigre" written underneath it.

Third symbol is the popular tattoo that I saw about 500 times at the Little Steven's Underground Garage Fest two weekends ago... a five-point star that is black and red, with each arm of the star being half black and half red.

These are all probably obvious, but I am, as usual, oblivious.
