Where did the "Wag More, Bark Less" bumper sticker meme start? My own sightings of them have gone from extremely rare to many cars seen in every single trip I take. Is it a dog owner/pet store promotional item? Is it a political thing? Something on Oprah I missed?

"Parts is parts". Have you ever heard this phrase? I acquired a few bumper stickers from a thrift store on the Oregon coast with said phrase on it- I thought it was funny. How difficult is it to get bumper stickers off cars? Are there any tricks? Do the stickers get more difficult to remove the longer they stay on?

I just bought a new car and am considering putting a low-key sticker on for a cause I support. However, I've never put a bumper sticker on a car before, nor have I had to remove one, so my decision on whether or not to do it will depend on how difficult it might be to remove it later.
