I'm trying to figure out the name of a restaurant (burger joint) that is probably within 100 miles of some edge of Yellowstone National Park. What I remember: it served buffalo burgers, and had an alliterative name with a woman's name and some sort of negative adjective. That adjective may have been "horrible," i'm more certain that it started with the letter "h." I seem to remember some piece of lore about the owner or maybe the owner's son being a chainsmoker. Google fails me. Help!

Going to see girlfriend in Amherst/Buffalo, NY over spring break. Bought (non-refundable/changeable) airfare, just found out that she doesn't get to stay in her dorm and has to live in a big room shared with all other students staying on during spring break. Following a recommended recipe, we cooked a number of chopped chicken breasts in a sauce that contained a large amount of "buffalo" sauce - you know, the hot stuff that people put on wings. After serving them we discovered that the sauce was actually the 'fire' version and the chicken was inedibly spicy-hot. We now have two pounds of fire-engine red, top-notch, ultra-buffaloed chicken breast sitting in the fridge.
