Is there a program that will let me keep a bunch of windows open but pushed out of sight, so I can work with a relatively blank taskbar but not have to re-open everything when I'm done working?

I have a small simple 16 bit windows application that I need access to from a couple dozen Windows 7 64 bit computers. Unfortunately we lost some of the source code so recompiling it is not in the cards any time soon.
Is there a way I can host this app on something like Amazon AWS and give all these users access to run the app via a browser or some other method?
Installing VM lite or the windows virtual pc is not an option unfortunately. These users would need access to this program concurrently. The VMWare solutions are far too expensive and the VMLite product that might help we won't be out for some time.
Thank you for reading my post. Have a great one.

Win7/Chrome users: Click the "Google Chrome" button on your taskbar to minimize the browser (assuming it's already open). Then click it again to make it reappear. From this state, how do I then get Chrome to accept keyboard shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl-T for a new tab) without clicking the browser first?

What really is the difference between a new tab or a new window while using an internet browser? Does opening a tab take up less RAM than a new window or is it merely more convenient?

Why has my Firefox slowed down? It started a few day ago. Sometimes it takes several minutes for a page to load. Some only partially load, then stop. Some don't load at all. Not every page is this way, but I'd say about 20% suffer from one of these problems. IE is zipping right along though. I did a virus check, ran Spy-bot and Ad-Aware and cleaned up my registry. Yet the problem persists. Oh, I'm running 1.0 and XP Pro.

How do I get hyperlinks in MS Office 2003 (SP1) to open in my default browser (Maxthon 1.1) rather than IE? I'm on WinXP SP2. Hyperlinks on the desktop or in other apps (e.g., Eudora) open correctly in Maxthon.

I'm trying to code a list of links to all open in the same new browser window. Since every link in the document should open in the same window, I'm using the {base} tag, for the sake of simplicity and size, but I've also tried adding "target='random_name'" to every single link on the page. Nothing's working. All the links are opening in new windows. Help?
