Working with an ex. We just got out of each other's space. Now our only point of interaction is work. It is awkward and uncomfortable, not just because of the obvious but also because it seems he's going out of his way to be unpleasant. The job is great, the pay is amazing, and the company is awesome. I've been there for a year. He's been there for a year and three months. Quitting is not an option for either of us. [more inside]
