When I meet another woman, I sometimes find myself thinking "would (my boyfriend) like her? Is she his type? Oh god, will they meet each other? Would
she like
him?" To the point where I'm almost paralyzed with fear that he'll leave me for this person he hasn't even met. What can I do to calm down, learn to appreciate other women's qualities without comparing myself, and how can I prepare myself to deal with it if he DOES someday find himself attracted to someone else to the point where it impedes on our relationship? I want to be strong.

I need a roommate for my awesome apartment. I have a friend who’d make a good roommate, but she really dislikes my boyfriend—and doesn’t know I’m dating him. And my boyfriend likes her, potentially more than he likes me. How to resolve?

Did you ever meet two potential Significant Others with whom you felt an equal level of physical attraction, shared interests & common values over the course of several dates? How did you end up deciding which one was the Right One? How many dates did it take? What questions did you ask yourself? Did your thought process center mostly on emotions or practical concerns, and how did either approach (or both) help you choose your partner?

My boyfriend and I have been fighting/bickering quite a bit the last couple months, but he says he has never loved anyone like he loves me. That being said, we haven't had sex for almost three weeks, and have only messed around twice in the shower. I initiated both of the shower incidents, and I've made my concern about the lack of sex known. He blames it on stress at work and being tired after work and then the gym. But, I can see that he's looked a porn almost every day for the last 10 days. Am I being sensitive by being upset by this? I feel like if he's horny enough to look at porn, why shouldn't he be saving that energy for me?

My first boyfriend/first love and I recently broke up after nearly four years together. I know this was the right decision, but I feel like I'll never feel this way about anyone else ever again. I realize that sounds dramatic, silly, and naive, but I'd really like to hear from the perspective of someone who's been through it that, yes, life does go on (and maybe get better, in a different way) after a first love.

Should I tell my boyfriend that we're friends with a long-ago ex? My social circle includes a guy that I dated 10 years ago for less than a year. He is now married to someone else, and there's no lingering unresolved business between us. He and his wife are part of my main group of friends, but as they are kind of busy, I don't see an awful lot of them, maybe once a month. Of course my current boyfriend (of 1 year) is always invited and often comes when this group hangs out
