I'm looking to have maintenance done on a 2.5-year old Nissan (40,000 mile tune-up and addressing a little tire/front-issue that probably stems from my wife running over curbs recreationally). Is a dealer absolutely my best option? If so which one?

Can anyone recommend a good therapist/psychologist/counselor who deals with motivational issues in downtown Boston? (I work very near South Station.) I'd prefer it if they accepted health insurance. I'm in Providence the same day every week as well, if you know someone really, really good there, too. By motivational issues, I mean a very heavy and intense inertia, affecting my home and work life, probably tangled up with depression and ADD or something like it.

I'll be attending a conference at Boston University next Friday, and (barring some sort of apocalyptic weather) will have nearly all of Thursday to myself. This means...I need to go to some academic bookstores. (Yes, I'll do other things. But, really, I need to go to some academic bookstores.) I've checked online reviews, etc., and while I know about the Harvard area, where
else should I go? If it helps, I'm always looking for stores with good stocks of history of religion, literary criticism, and British history. Home base while I'm there will be in the immediate vicinity of BU.

Looking for a furnished house to rent for the month of July for a family of four in Boston -- more precisely, somewhere within a 30 minute drive of Lexington MA. Would love a swank place but would settle for a clean house, fair price, no pets. What websites or brokers would you recommend -- what advice would you give?

I've lived in Boston 7 years now but never obtained proper cold weather attire, struggling along with the coat I brought from California and a cheap one I found here when I couldn't tolerate the California one anymore. Well, no more. This year I'm going to do it right. I turn to Ask MeFi because I'm hopelessly confused by the variety of options out there.

Does anyone know the name of the sculptor who created
this piece (sorry, only have that one cross-processed photo), or have an idea how I could quickly find out? It's at the MFA Boston (I think on the second floor). I've already clicked through their collection online and can't find it. Thanks!

What can you tell me about Agganis Arena at Boston University and the area it's in? I have a ticket to see Pavement there this Saturday, and right now it looks like I'll be going alone if I go at all. I'll also need a place to spend the night, since I'm coming from out of town. I'm a 20 year old female. Is this safe? Crazy? Risky but doable?
