I am interested in locating books with holograms in them--the more lavish the better. Are there books that have holographic pages? Or that use holograms to tell part of the story? I look forward to your recommendations.

I am interested in looking at books with cut-outs in their pages. Can you recommend some good ones? I am especially excited by the possibility of intricately cut shapes in pages. I know of the
Tree of Codes by Jonathan Safran Foer, which has words die-cut out on every page. Are there other, even more elaborate, examples of books with holes in the pages?

I am building a collection of books to teach the history of fine art book making, and I would like to find copies of the Torah, Bible, and Quran that are visually pleasing. Do you recommend any specific editions? Unfortunately, my total budget for a starter collection is only $500, so I would especially value suggestions that are modest in price. At the minimum I would like to show my students a range of calligraphy, typesetting, and illumination, but I suspect that I can find some really interesting editions that do much more. All suggestions are welcome.
