Sites that are similar to Fleshbot circa 2007 (NSFWish)

Ye olde Fleshbot was really cool because it was well curated and included all types of sexy media including videos, links, industry news, pop culture, reviews. It even had options for both queer and straight focused content. The last few years I've found that it's really gone downhill and gotten pretty mainstream and generic. [more inside]

Epilepsy in the blogosphere

I am trying to find blogs about epilepsy that are frequently updated and who have a twitter account I can hopefully follow. Majority of the one's I found have sporadic updates and don't really delve into patient/caretaker experience in depth (advocacy groups have community forums but they are all over the place). It can be for childhood or adult epilepsy diagnosis. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

I have a job opportunity to write for a blog--a web site somewhat similar to Gawker. The founder of the site doesn't know what the going rate is per post and I don't either. Any insight? [more inside]

I'm starting a project wherein I walk each and every block of every street in Manhattan, at least once, over the course of roughly 2-3 months. I want to chronicle this process of walking all of Manhattan in a daily blog, preferably with a daily picture and some text. What do I call this blog? (And should I use tumblr? And anything else to keep in mind?) [more inside]

How can I set up my own 'lifestream' site that I control?

I'd like to set up a 'lifestream' on my website, logging all my online activities automatically and in real-time, similar to Friendfeed but that doesn't require me to be part of someone's idea of the perfect social network. Is this possible and if so, how? [more inside]
