I'm going crazy trying to adjust my blog template. It seems that when I change the browser window size, the body, sidebar, and header all move independently. If I make the window wider, the right edges of the sidebar and header do not align. If I make the window less wide, the whole sidebar crunches into body text (fine) and eventually gets kicked off the side by the body (not fine). Ideally, I'd like them all to line up, move/scale together side-to-side, and not get kicked around. [more inside]

What HTML code do I need to add to my Blogger blog template to automatically underline all the links I make in a blog posting? I can get the links to show up in the correct colour, but that colour is quite close to black, so I'd like the text to be highlighted another way, one that is expected when linking. I do not want to change the colours. I'm pretty thick when it comes to HTML, so I'd really appreciate it if you were quite explicit when saying where it has to be. I recently shifted the content management for my blog (www.sindark.com) from Blogger to WordPress. I shifted the Blogger version into a sub-directory, so that people who prefer to access old posts in that format can. Ghost-writing multiple corporate blogs for a living. Is it feasible? Do companies all want exclusive rights to the content -- thereby removing the option of leveraging the same content on multiple blogs? Is there a simple to use, high-quality weblog creation service that will allow me to blog with a reasonable level of anonymity? Blogger has always been okay but as far as I know doesn't seem to cater for categories, which is something I seek. I'm attracted to TypePad though a look at their privacy policy suggests they're collecting all sorts of information and are likely to pass it on to quite a few parties. Blogging application that includes line-numbering? I'd like to publish content for peer review, in chonologic blog format, with automatic line numbering, so that people can comment, by line number, on my writing. Obviously, the line breaks and numbers have to be the same for everyone. AfterDinner.com offers this functionality, though it isn't really a blogging application. I'm a veteran Blogger user, and willing to do a little bit of creative coding (eg: light hacking of Moveable Type). Any help?
