Help me get the Wordpress audio player plugin to work? Please?

I'm having trouble implementing the Wordpress audio player plugin on my website. Please help a baffled man. I've installed the Wordpress audio player plugin on my website, but for the life of me I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong -- it's not showing up on the page.

I'm writing the page using the "html" setting on the wordpress control panel, and I'm following the instructions listed under "usage" in the 1pixelout link above. The file I'm trying to play is definitely in the folder I'm directing the player to (I'm hosted, it's not just a WP blog); I can link to it conventionally (as in, without the player).

The only change I made was to change the audio files directory path from "/audio" to "/uploads." I've even tried checking the box (in the audio player controls on my WP control panel) that replaces all links to mp3 files with a player instance. Didn't work.

Can someone help me out here? I have a feeling there's some extremely minor thing I'm doing wrong, so don't think I'm too foolish. Thanks.

Can any of you recommend a Wordpress plugin that will enable me to turn comments on/off for particular blog posts? I'm trying to disable commenting on specific blog posts, but only seem to be able to turn them off on all posts. Is there a plugin that will allow me to turn comments on and off as necessary?

And, do you recommend any other comment plugins?

I want a plugin for Wordpress that will automatically add my Amazon Associates ID into an URL. I've googled, and found loads of plugins that work with Wordpress and Amazon, but none of them appear to do this. For example, I link to a product on Amazon, typing

http://www.amazon.com/[insert ASIN etc here]

I'd like the plugin to automatically modify the URL to something like

http://www.amazon.com/[insert ASIN etc here][insert ID here]

I've found several Amazon themed WP plugins, but none of them seems to do this. I don't want an Amazon based shop set up. I don't want a sidebar littered with Amazon products. I want to be able to visit Amazon, find the product I'm looking for, paste the URL into a post, and have the associate ID automatically added.

Either that, or a simple guide as to where in the URL the ID needs to be pasted manually. I know Amazon has a builder that will do this, but I find it cumbersome to use when I have several URL's that need editing.

Building a listening area on a blog post

Need an easy-to-use, visually elegant mp3 jukebox thingie for a website Got a large collection of mp3 files that I'd like to allow people to listen to from a single blog post (Wordpress). So I'm looking for a nice jukebox-ish app that I can embed, allows users to scroll through the choices, click on the one they want to listen to, it starts playing in-line.

I'm not having any luck finding a WP plugin. And I don't want to just list a bunch of links to the mp3 files. Any great, elegant, quick way to make a "listening area" on a single blog post?

Wanted: An Adsense plugin for Wordpress that works

Looking for a wordpress adsense plugin that actually works. What is the hivemind using? So far I've tried Adsense, Adsense Manager and Adsense Injection with poor or unpredictable results. It's driving me mad I say, MAD!

(Any other rev generating plugin recommendations would be welcome as well.)

I am looking for a calendar plugin for WordPress. All of the calendar plugins I've been trying do not offer the infuriatingly simple feature of showing the event information in the same table cell as the day it is on. This is all I want, like it looks here. Any ideas?

Titles in EventCalendar?

Help with Eventcalendar on my Wordpress blog? Thanks to Askme, I am happily using Wordpress. I have eventcalendar 3.0.4 installed and I am trying to get the titles of the events to show up in the calendar itself. I followed the instructions in this thread at the WP support site, and you can see the code I am using and a link to my site in the post I left there earlier. Does anyone here know why there is extra code in my calendar?

I'm sick of trying to group the posts on my WordPress blog by category. What plugin do I need to use tags instead? I've seen WordPress blogs with Technorati tags, but after some Googling there seem to be a ton of plugins to accomplish that. Which do I want? Is that even the right approach, since Technorati has been the suck lately?

I'd settle for something that'd let me create categories on the fly with each entry, since that's essentially the same thing. Bonus points if there's a way to create a tag cloud, a la Flickr/del.icio.us/Ask MeFi.
