Help with memory loss please! I am taking lithium for my mental illness, and although I've tried numerous other medications, it does the best at managing my symptoms with minimal side effects except this major one: I think I'm having a LOT of memory loss. I'm looking for coping strategies, techniques, etc that might help mitigate this. [more inside]
