Help Me Figure Out the Legality of Having Beer Labels in a Bar Advertisement

Do print ads for bars/restaurants have to blur the labels on the beers they carry in pictures? Our bar is putting out an ad in a magazine and the picture we're planning on using has a lot of the beers we carry in it. Do we have to censor the labels of beers we carry at our bar for the print ad for any reason? [more inside]

Looking for organic German beer in the US.

I had some very tasty organic been in Germany years ago. It was brewed by Rother Bräu, and was either the Öko Urtrunk, Öko Ur-Weizen or the Öko Ur-Pils. I may have even tried all three at various times. I'd love to be able to track down any (if not all three) of these in the US. How do I do this? [more inside]

You've got something on your head there

I've just poured myself a Dark Horse Brewery Tres Blueberry Stout. A slow, steady pour that left a modest head on top. And then a droplet or two skidded around over the foam like a water droplet on a hot frypan for maybe five seconds before disappearing. Darndest thing I've ever seen. Beer geniuses, how did this happen? How can I make it happen again?

Learning How to Like Coffee, and How to Like Beer

There are two beverages that nearly every American adult seems to like, but I dislike both: coffee and beer. I would like to develop a taste for both of them. For morning caffeine, coffee's free at most workplaces whereas pop isn't; and beer is a cheap mood alterer; but more importantly, both are social lubricants, one that isn't achieved by drinking a soda while others get either awake, buzzed or drunk. It's been a while since I had either, but remembering the tastes, I think it's that I dislike the bitterness in each drink. [more inside]
