Like a pump top, but the liquid flows into a 'dish' - what are these?

When in the US earlier this year, I bought this cleansing water - mostly because I really like this kind of dispenser and it prevents me from pouring half of whatever's in the bottle all over me. Now the cap's snapped off and I want to replace it, but there doesn't seem to be many things in the UK with this packaging. It's like a 'dish' where you press down and the liquid flows into the middle, allowing you to soak it up with cotton wool - here's a better pic. What's the name for this kind of cap?

Retinol Face Lotion In a Plastic Container

I am currently using this Neutrogena face lotion, and I like it a lot, except for the packaging- a small opaque glass bottle. I feel like I constantly have to buy a new bottle since it's so small, and hate that the jar makes it impossible to get the last bits of lotion out. Do you know of any similar facial moisturizers (day, SPF, retinol preferred) that come in a plastic bottle?

How can I stop putting so much emphasis on womens beauty relationshps

I am putting too much empahsis on women's beauty in my relationships. My last relationship ended couple of two months ago and it was a disaster. My ex-girlfriend was very beautiful but she had a poor character. Our relationship lasted about a year. It was not an equal relationship and she expected to be treated like a princes. In the beginning I was treating her like that and had no problem. However once the honeymoon phase passed I demanded equality in our relationship and she was not willing to make any compromise. And the ugly duckling turned out to be ugly for a reason

When I was younger, I somehow got the message that having acne, thin hair, tendency to gain weight, being emotional-- constituted some sort of moral failing. I spent years feeling like I had to apologize for my ugly existence. Now I'm learning that those aspects of my appearance were symptoms, not reflections of the fact that I was an all-around inferior person who didn't take good care of herself. I thought I'd be glad to get a diagnosis, but instead I'm upset and not sure where to go from here. [more inside]

Student Housing in downtown Portland

My eldest will be heading off to Portland this summer, with plans of attending the Paul Mitchell School downtown. I'm trying to get a sense of what our housing options are, so I can budget and she can plan (she really likes things to be planned out). Share your pregnancy skin hacks with me!

I am 33, newly pregnant and most of my usual skin care products are not allowed (retin-a, green peels, botox etc) I am interested in purchasing one of the more expensive beauty lamps using Red LED lights (not hand held) but I would really like to hear some experiences before I shell out any big bucks. Any other pregnancy skin hacks are welcome! My budget is about $1300 a year... but I like to spend it on things that have visual longer lasting effects. Thanks in advance!

Have you used retin-a for fine lines around your eyes? Did it work?

Hello. Female, 33, I've been using retin-a for years but never in the eye area. I would like to start using a very light .025 cream around that area but I'm really not sure yet, I've heard that it makes the area look crepey but that it then really improves.
