	<title>Looking for cold grain salad tips.</title>

	<description>How can I improve my cold grain/bean/wild rice/etc salads? They are either too vinegary or too bland, and generally not as good as it seems they should be. They also don&apos;t seem to last as long in the fridge as deli-made ones, and are generally just a bit more tired and blah than the stuff I get out of good delis and catering shops and so on.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
I dump in too much vinegar and get predictable results (pool of liquid, overwhelming vinegariness), but skimping on the vinegar always leaves me thinking &quot;This needs more vinegar.&quot; Apparently not, but what does it need? Salt? More oil? &lt;br&gt;

Thoroughly reliable recipes and general hints appreciated.</description>

	<title>Ordering coffees from around the world, online</title>

	<description>I enjoy drinking coffee from various regions. Is there a good online resource for A) determining good coffees from various regions and B) ordering said coffees online? For instance, I enjoy drinking Community Coffee from the New Orleans/Southern Louisiana region, and pick it up anytime I see it.  But this doesn&apos;t happen often, so I end up buying whatever Coffee X that is available at my local grocer. &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
-What are some other good regional coffees?&lt;br&gt;
-Where can I order them online?&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Some notes:  I don&apos;t like flavored coffee; no hazelnuts or vanilla flavors, please.  I have a grinder, so I&apos;d like to buy full bean if possible.</description>

	<description>A chilli rabbit recipe from a &apos;Hemphills Herbs and Spices&apos; book. I once had a recipe book that was essentially a promotional tool for &apos;Hemphills Herbs and Spices&apos; (an Australian herb and spice purveyor, natch). A4 size, paperback, and (from memory) had a picture of Ian and his mother, Rosemary, standing in front of hedge with an armful of herbs - it was a very green picture. It had a recipe for cooking rabbit with the main ingredients being chilli*, garlic and tomato. The recipe I&apos;m seeking DOES NOT CONTAIN BEANS. Does anyone have this book and is willing to share the recipe? Or, if not this &lt;i&gt;exact&lt;/i&gt; recipe, one that DOES NOT CONTAIN BEANS but has chilli, garlic and tomato as the main ingredients.&lt;br&gt;
*I fear my search has been severely hampered by the variants in the spelling of chilli, chili and chile.</description>

	<description>I&apos;ve been introduced to Trader Joe&apos;s Spicy Black Bean Dip and I absolutely love it; problem is that I live in Canada and can&apos;t buy it!

So, I&apos;ve decided the best alternative is to make it.  Does any one have a recipe for it?  The ingredients (in order) are: Black Beans, Water, Tomato Paste, Onions, Distilled Vinegar (From Corn), Honey, Salt, Jalapenos, Spices, Garlic. 	<description>What else can I do with fava beans? I&apos;ve recently developed a major food crush on fresh fava beans (thanks, farmers&apos; market!), and I&apos;d love some suggestions for other ways to enjoy them.&lt;br&gt;

Things I&apos;ve tried:&lt;br&gt;
Fava bean &amp;amp; sweet corn succotash&lt;br&gt;
Pasta with fava beans &amp;amp; pancetta&lt;br&gt;
Fava beans in sweet pea &amp;amp; mint pesto&lt;br&gt;
Crostini with mashed fava beans, lemon, garlic and mint&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Any other recipes / suggestions would be very, very helpful in my attempt to get the most out of this lovely legume.&lt;br&gt;

	<description>I love beans, but when I make them myself, they taste gross.  What&apos;s the secret to great tasting beans? I&apos;ll go to a restaurant, and eat a whole plate of beans.  But when I try to make beans myself at home, they always taste really bland and gross, and I usually end up throwing out 5/6 of the beans I made (which I would have liked to have eaten for leftovers, had they been good).  What&apos;s the secret to delicious beans?  I&apos;m not really looking for reciples that contain beans as much as I&apos;m looking for plain, simple bean recipes.  I own a slow cooker and have a gas stove and a oven; no microwave.</description>

	<title>Taco Bell Bean/Meat ratio?</title>

	<description>TacoBellFilter: What does the sign on the tortilla warmer that says something like %71 Bean %29 Taco mean? I can&apos;t remember if that&apos;s exactly what it says. If not, it is something very similar. Is this propaganda reminding the employees that on a menu item containing both beans and taco meat, the prescribed ratio is 71% beans to 29% meat? If so, that sucks! 70/30 is bad enough...but 71/29? I don&apos;t like the idea of subliminal suggestion being used to shaft me out of getting the taco meat I deserve!  Can any former employees shed light on this?</description>
