I messed up my travel packing, and I now need to buy a charger for a Canon S95 camera battery in St. Petersburg, Russia. Is there any place where I could get one for a reasonable price? I'm staying downtown.

Powerbook G4-- not charging, plus intermittent high pitched buzzing noise, which stops when charger is removed. Still running when plugged in, but battery reads 0%. I'm hoping it's the charger, and not the battery-- anyone recognize this problem?

It seems the ac-adapter plug thingy (i.e. the cigarette lighter) doesn't work in my car. I suspect a blown fuse. I have neither the time nor the inclination to take it in to get fixed if I can do it myself. Halp?
