Something just like jadda used to make

Chefs and cooks, I am looking for your best maklubeh, mansaf and shish barak recipes. As a side note, the shish barak I have had in the past was Palestinian or Jordanian and it was almost certainly a soup and not a dish. Additionally, the yogurt had a savoriness that might have been chickeny. I think there were even carrots and celery in the yogurt broth. Anyone ever had it like this? Do you know how to make it? I can't get the recipe from the little old lady I know who makes it... :)

I can get jameed, but any suggestions for cooking with other yogurts are welcome.

Shukran in advance.

What would you say to Barak Obama if you had the chance...?

So I'm likely going to be in a situation that may allow me to ask at least one question to Barack Obama. What should I say? I'm looking for interesting comment/question not necessarily having anything to do with politics. My political leanings aren't totally in line with his (I'm pretty darned libertarian) and because of the nature of the visit am not in any way going to be able to ask tough "hard biting" type questions. I guess what I'm really asking is, "what would you ask a possible future president that might elicit a memorable response?"
