I just got an iPhone 4S. I "restored" the new iPhone from an iCloud backup of my previous iPhone 3GS. It worked
almost perfectly, but roughly half my music won't play!

I have a lot of music on my old computer's iTunes (which I didn't back up) which I'd like to transfer to my new computer's iTunes. Is this easy to do? Please treat me like a complete n00b and step me through this.

I am about to backup my ipod on my mac and want to do two things: first, preserve my playlists and, second, merge tracks on certain compilations and mix-cd's
I also need to use my ipod on both mac + pc, and use it for data storage, so I know I'm off the prescribed path. Is there an app for this? :-)
