Due to long-standing back/shoulder/neck pain, I received an Aeron chair at work a couple of months ago. It has helped in one way (namely, the armrests can be adjusted lower than any other chair I've had, which has helped my shoulders) but otherwise has completely aggravated my lower and mid-back pain. Help me figure out a hack so that I can actually sit at my desk for longer than 10 minutes at a time without going nuts. [more inside]

Hive mind, I poll your collective wisdom to reccomend me some sort of cushion that I can use for my office chair so I can be closer to the proper height above my desk to avoid computer-related RSIs. [more inside]
