Helping my boss' husband out with their 2 little kids while she's away. He snapped and pushed them away roughly (imagining hitting them, he told me later) and left me alone with the 2 inconsolable children.
What can/should I tell my boss? HOW?
Any good resources I can recommend to a couple with 2 terrible twos and many more meltdowns to come?

I'm a mother (of a toddler) who works part time and is looking to make some extra money. I've considered babysitting jobs, but aside from raising my own son, I don't have much experience with kids aside from babysitting jobs I had when I was a teenager. No recent references. Could I get hired?

I need to figure out whether or not I want kids, before I accept my boyfriend's proposal. I think that I don't, but I have almost no experience with them. What is the current rate for babysitting 2 darling toddler girls - one is 3.5 and one is 2 years old. We live in the Nashua, NH area. Is it about $10/ hour? Also, what is the best way to introduce a teenager to your children? We've never used any babysitters besides grandparents before. What should I be looking for? What should I ask? Thanks!
