I'm working for a newer growing, small business (4-5 employees or so).
We have to send emails containing the same information to existing customers.
For example, we have to notify customers about their accounts (for
example, their CC/billing information becomes outdated) or customers
send us a question. We're looking for an efficient way to do this. [more inside]

I'm looking for a free solution that would AUTOMATICALLY print received emails from a POP account (Gmail, to be exact). If there's ANYONE out there who knows how, you'd be my hero for life (at least, until next week :D)... [more inside]

I have an application that generates a file a regular intervals (daily), and stores the data locally on the C drive of the PC, all I want to do is then email that to a given address.
The PC is Windows XP (Pro - SP2), I have Outlook 2k3 installed...my google-fu is letting me down, but I'm really struggling to find a solution for this one. Bonus points for free - or already built in to my system!

I would like to have Outlook e-mail me my calendar each day around 6 AM so that my daily appointment schedule shows up in my inbox. Any way to automate this? I only see options to export to HTML, which doesn't seem terribly useful.
