I am not the best at putting things into contacts and rely heavily on autofill for email addresses in Outlook. I would like to capture all of the addresses that are currently in my Outlook autofill script/file. How do I do this? [more inside]
Specifically. autofill. A Gawker commenter noted that searching "David Vitter prostitute" did not auto-fill until the final letter of 'prostitute' had been entered. That seemed odd to me, so I Googled "Eliot Spitzer prostitute" and "Anthony Weiner sex scandal" both auto-filled. Then I tried "Mark Sanford sex scandal" and "Herman Cain sex scandal" -- nether autofilled until the final letter. "David Vitter diaper" also gave no hint of where this story might be going till the final letter. These search results seem peculiar to me. David Vitter, former Senator and former Governor is surely a high-profile subject than long-forgotten Anthony Weiner or Eliot Spitzer. So my question is, how does that happen?

Is there a free Windows 7 application that would autofill a password in a separate stand-alone application (not a website!), without enabling someone to go digging and view the password? [more inside]
A few days ago I was searching for an email in my Gmail inbox and entered the email address of the person I knew it was from -- let's say firstname.lastname@example.org. I don't know what I did wrong during this very mundane occurrence, but ever since then "email@example.com" has been aggressively filling itself in on google-related search boxes in Chrome, preventing me from using Google effectively. How can I make it stop? [more inside]
I'm trying to change my PayPal password. Normally I would copy-paste the new password in from KeepPass (or gedit), but PayPal disables copy-paste. That means I need to accurately type in a bunch of fiddly deliberately-hard-to-memorize characters, which only show up as asterisks, TWICE. Which apparently I am incapable of doing, whereupon PayPal kicks me out for two hours before letting me try again. Please help me figure out a workaround to solve this stupid problem. [more inside]
At my gmail sign-on using Firefox, I could type the first initial in my email name and it would drop down where I could click on my email name and automatically insert it (then password). It stopped doing that and I have been messing with Firefox autofill and that seems mainly for filling out forms. Yes, I am sure this is an easy thing for someone (me) to fix but for some reason it is stumping me. My wife and I liked the utter simplicity on our home computer of this function. Can you help? Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to all MeFi users

How do I remove "autofill" form choices from Firefox? For example, for my gmail account I once mistyped my user name and that mistyped name always appears in the list of user names to select from. Or on the URL entry field on Firefox, suppose you once entered a URL for a site that you really don't want to show up again as one of the sites to choose from. [more inside]
I have kind of a n00b question here...I want to format my hd and reinstall everything. How do I save my autofill userids and passwords? I find it a pain when I reinstall IE (or now Firefox) and have to start all those logins from scratch.
