Austin Therapist Recommendations: A friend is looking for a therapist to work through some issues. He wants someone who is active in conversation and is willing to confront him on things when necessary. He's had therapists in the past who were nice but too passive, and just listened more than they offered ideas and suggestions. The ideal therapist would listen without judging but would help stimulate new ideas and change in his life. Do you know of anyone like this?

My boyfriend and I would like to bring some traditional Austin or Texas foods to Louisiana for his family to try over the holidays. Basically, we're looking for tasty treats that will withstand 8 hours in the car (we're bringing a cooler, so cold stuff is fine). So far we've thought of sausage from Lockhart and Bee Butter from the Bee Cave Honey Company. We need some more/better ideas!

My boyfriend needs a pair of tennis court shoes, but heartily dislikes shopping. He has narrow feet, and his last shoes gave him an ingrown toenail, so fit is really important. Tennis magazine has recommended Adidas Barricade IV, KSwiss Ascendor SLT or Nike Air Vapor, but we can't seem to find any stores in Austin that have them so that he can try them on, and it just seems stupid to buy a shoe in which fit really matters online. Basically, we're looking for recommendations for other shoes for narrow feet, as well as help finding a store that sells decent tennis court shoes so that he doesn't have to go to a bunch of different places. Thanks!
