Can I use the same Macbook Pro (and iTunes account) to sync up both an AT&T iPhone AND a Verizon iPad? [more inside]
Major weird issues porting lines (iPhone to iPhone) from AT&T to Verizon. Please halp! [more inside]
I'm a customer of a certain recently purchased wireless service. My contract (and my handset) are about to expire. Help me figure out what to do next. [more inside]
Trying to pick an ISP in Savannah, GA. Looking for recommendations other than AT&T. I do a lot of online gaming and netflix streaming, so I'd like something reasonably fast. [more inside]
Please help me avoid calling AT&T tech support. Question about setting up modem for new Internet-only service from AT&T. [more inside]
How does one go about finding a reliable wireless company? My AT&T phone just died and I'm considering using this opportunity to find a cheaper plan. But I hear so many conflicting reviews. [more inside]
I am signed up for an AT&T Premier account through a family member. They get the bill, I pay them, they pay AT&T - though there's a huge run-around of waiting for them to tell me the amount, getting the money to them, waiting for them to pay the bill. The family member tells me that the discount is only in effect if everything on the account stays the same. Really? I figure that I can change the name and/or billing address (so that the bill comes directly to me) and nothing happens, as long as the email stays authenticated. Or am I mistaken?
I have an iPhone on AT&T Wireless. I have moved to an area where AT&T does not provide native cellular and data service. I need your advice/ideas on how best to proceed to protect my cell phone number. [more inside]
I have an iPhone 3g. I jailbroke it pre-OS3 and had tons of dropped calls, so I un-jailbroke it.. I jailbroke it and once again at OS3.13, and after months of no dropped calls, no "no service" and no missed voicemails, suddently I'm getting all three once again right after jailbreaking with spirit. does jailbreak cause more dropped calls?
My 2-year cell phone contract with AT&T Wireless is complete, and I'm looking for advice on how to handle the next part. [more inside]
I'm an ATT Wireless customer and I just upgraded my phone (to Samsung Eternity). Everything works fine, except that people can't leave me voicemails. [more inside]
What's the best wireless phone service for the NYC area? I'm as fed up with Verizon as the next guy, but my limited experience with an iPhone in Manhattan left me with dropped/missed calls and very intermittent access to maps, etc. (unless already cached). Putting aside fun features that usually work, and imagining your life depended on receiving or making a phone call, which network would you choose?* *Please speak from experience with a carrier and nevermind the silly games they play (e.g., crippling bluetooth, etc.); I simply need a service that doesn't miss or drop calls.
iPhone - AT&T/Cingular or T-Mobile (USA) ? I'm in NYC, peak minutes usage < 300, 50% of minutes to same 4 numbers, data usage likely to be high. Criteria: minimize the following, in order of priority: cost, dropped calls/network weirdness, customer service craziness, crap-tastic contracts. I'm obviously fine with hacking/unlocking my iphone.
Wireless data plan pricing annoyance. To wit, how can AT&T justify charging what they do, apparently based on the phone platform? [more inside]
