We do not have Lexis Nexis or any other such database for me to check against and there's no chance that we'll have money in our budget to buy a subscription. I am thinking of archiving a student newspaper which goes back nearly a century. However the money simply isn't there to go to a corporation to do it-- does anyone have any suggestions as to how to go about doing this in-house and on a tight budget?
