Water Aerobics Instructional Videos?

I recently moved to Phoenix and am lucky enough to have a swimming pool in my backyard. It's perfect for water aerobics but not so much for swimming, as one end of the pool is much shallower than the other. I'm looking for good instructional water aerobics videos. Any suggestions? I haven't found much on the web so I'm ok with buying something if it's highly recommended.

What's the story with Aqua Mira Water Treatment drops?

Questions about Aqua Mira chlorine water treatment drops, the kind that comes in two different droppers: I notice it is now marketed to say: "Kills Odor Causing Bacteria and Enhances the Taste..." etc. Not to kill giardia and make water actually safe to drink. Which is what backpackers actually use it for. Anyone know the inside legal story on this? Second question: Why do I always run out of "Part A" way before I run out of "Part B"? Does anyone out there work for Aqua Mira and know why they give you different amounts? It's annoying because now I have all these Part B (the Activator) droppers lying around. [more inside]

Aquify Safari 3 form elements?

What should I put in a custom browser stylesheet to override and Aquify all web form element styles (buttons, text fields, etc.) in Safari 3.0.4? I'd like to undo custom properties like colors, fonts, and borders, and make all form elements display natively, using Aqua, like Safari used to do in previous versions. I'm essentially looking for the opposite answer to this question, using a custom userContent.css-esque stylesheet. (Thanks for your help.)

adobe killer?

I've been wondering. Is anyone working on a OSX replacement for photoshop and illustrator? Something native to the OS and without all the baggage, oddness, and expense of the Adobe programs. I wondered about this for some time, but after checking out Microsofts' (yes really) Expression package, it makes me wonder . . . what's next for drawing/illustration software on the Mac?

De-aquify Safari form elements

Is there any app or modification I can make to safari to have the form elements render in the way the page designer intended rather than with aqua UI elements? I tried to look around but couldn't find a hack for it.
